Products Description
FZG series vacuum shelf tray dryer is a most often used static chamber dryer under vacuum condition. Inside the drying chamber, trays loaded with wet material are placed on top of each other in a drying shelf. In drying pocess, heat medium, such as steam, hot water or thermal oil, is connected to the drying shelf which transfers heat to wet material. Under vacuum condition, boiling point of moisture is much lower. So the moisture can be evaporated under low temperature. The vacuum pump constantly sucks out the evaporated moisture to speed the drying process. Vacuum pump, tubular condenser and buffer tank are equipped to recover the evaporated moisture.
Drying powder, small granule and slurry materials under vacuum condition, especially for those materials which are heating sensitive, easy oxidized, toxic and the moisture is organic solution and need to be recovered; Drying tray: 4-96 trays ,GMP design,Heat source: steam or hot water or oil.
Product Features
1) Flexibility in heat medium: Heat mediums can be steam, hot water or thermal oil to obtain different temperature according to special drying requirements.
2) Uniform drying: Four exhaust vents are equipped to make sure the evaporated moisture can be sucked out immediately.
3) Energy saving: The boiling point of moisture is much lower under vacuum. Low drying temperature can reach high evaporation rate.
4) GMP standard: Drying chamber is fully welded without dead corners to meet GMP standard.
Application
Under normal conditions, pure water begins to boil at about 100°C. Under vacuum conditions, since the partial pressure of water vapor in the system is much lower than the partial pressure of water vapor on the surface of the material, the boiling point of water is lower than 100°C. For example: when the surface drops to -0.07MPa, water begins to boil at 70°C. Therefore, despite operating at a lower temperature, this dryer still has greater drying capacity.So square vacuum dryer is suitable for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are easy to decompose, polymerize and deteriorate at high temperatures; it is widely used in chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
